Job Description

Adobe is seeking experienced Product Analytics professionals to join our Document Cloud analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about deeply understanding user behavior, uncovering meaningful insights, and influencing product and business decisions through rigorous analysis. You will work with large-scale product and user data across a massive monthly active user base, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, product marketing managers, GTM teams, and Finance to generate insights, build scalable dashboards, and drive product and business outcomes. This is a high-impact role with strong ownership and visibility. Key Responsibilities Dashboarding & Analytics Enablement Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reporting in Power BI and Tableau that track product usage, feature adoption, and business KPIs Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, and self-serve, with clear metric definitions and documentation Continuously improve dashboards based on stakeholder needs and evolving product priorities Deep-Dive Analysis & Insight Generation Lead deep-dive analyses beyond dashboards to understand user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature performance Perform root-cause analysis on metric movements, anomalies, and performance changes Synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, not just observations Product & Business Impact Define and evolve product success metrics and KPIs, aligning them with product strategy and business goals Partner with product managers and engineers to inform roadmap decisions and feature trade-offs Collaborate with product marketing, GTM, Finance teams to evaluate launches, messaging effectiveness, and adoption to quantify business impact, track performance, and support forecasting Translate insights into clear implications for product growth, adoption, and revenue Experimentation & Measurement Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments, including hypothesis definition, metric selection, and statistical evaluation Ensure experiment results are clearly communicated and drive concrete decisions Collaboration & Communication Act as a trusted analytics partner across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, GTM, and Finance Communicate insights through data storytelling, presentations, and written narratives tailored to different audiences Own analytical initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to delivery and follow-through Required Qualifications Experience & Mindset 6–12 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics roles Demonstrated ability to balance ongoing dashboarding needs with deep-dive analytical work Strong sense of ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces Technical Skills Expert-level SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, performance tuning) Hands-on experience working with large-scale data platforms such as Azure Databricks Strong proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for dashboarding and insight communication Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation, and analytical thinking Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis, automation, or advanced analytics About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
