Senior Value Consultant – Financial Services 2018/2019 MBA pass out from Tier 1/Top 10 colleges with 6+ years of relevant post-MBA experience. Position Summary: The Senior Value Consultant will specialize in demonstrating how Adobe’s solutions deliver measurable impact for Financial Services organizations—including banks, asset managers, insurers, and payment providers. You will support strategic client engagements by quantifying outcomes such as operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and enhanced customer experience. The role includes developing industry specific value tools, enabling sales and solution teams, and collaborating across Adobe to produce thought leadership tailored to Financial Services trends and challenges. Responsibilities: • Contribute to (and eventually lead) teams on bespoke business case engagements by building buy-in with C-level clients, orchestrating engagement with value engineering team members and ecosystem, leading problem-solving and providing mentorship, and ensuring business case hand-off leading toward deal closure. • Develop high quality business cases for Adobe Digital Experience products/services and related content for CXO-level audience of global sales prospects to help them better craft the 'Digital Strategy' of their organization. • Articulate the quantifiable impact of Adobe’s solutions on Financial Services organizations, including operational efficiency and customer engagement, through enablement and coaching for sales teams • Identify opportunities to create new value assets and build tools that help business case processes and scale Adobe’s ability to demonstrate value to customers. • Work with other Adobe teams that focus on our Financial Services clients to incorporate Adobe’s latest features, product innovations, and industry trends into the team’s value assets. • Drive adoption/ coach sales team members to adopt Business Case Builder – Adobe’s self-service tool to drive ‘Business Value’ focus in all sales pursuits • Participate in the enhancement of the self-service tool/ value content by providing recommendations on functional aspects with an overall aim to drive a mature and scalable ‘Value’ based sales strategy • Find opportunities for and build content, collateral, and assets to support existing and new value initiatives • Derive critical insights into emerging digital technologies from third party research and develop business conversation collateral Requirements: • Strong knowledge and experience in any of the following areas, with an appetite to learn all: any of the Financial Services sub-industries (Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance, and Payments) and Adobe’s Experience Cloud products • 2018/2019 MBA pass out from Tier 1/Top 10 colleges with 6+ years of relevant post-MBA experience • Preference for candidates with a strong Value Engineering/Consulting background with experience in Business Case creations, ROI analysis, financial modelling. • Strong project management, financial analysis, and business research skills Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
