Job Description Summary Serves as the dedicated, in-country HR leader for Adobe KSA, responsible for enabling compliant, effective, and HR services tailored to the local context and support. Acts as a primary HR contact for the market and a strategic bridge across HR program designs and rollouts, partnering closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) including Shared Services, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Legal, Talent Development, and Total Rewards. . Ensures seamless integration and execution of HR initiatives, adapting programs to meet local compliance requirements and facilitates communication and alignment that reflect both global standards and the unique context of the Saudi Arabian market Serves as a trusted advisor to managers and country leadership, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to enable effective people management, organizational growth, and a positive workplace culture aligned with both local and global priorities Demonstrates resilience and a practical approach to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment. Operates independently as the sole on-site HR leader and proactively draws on remote support and resources to get results. The Opportunity This is a great opportunity to shape and lead the Country HR function for Adobe in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the first dedicated HR leader in this market, you will play a pivotal role in establishing robust, compliant, and locally relevant HR operations that support Adobe’s rapid business growth and evolving regulatory landscape. In this role, you will collaborate closely with country leadership and global HR teams, ensuring seamless integration of HR programs and initiatives. You will act as the strategic connector between local needs and global standards, adapting HR solutions to meet the unique requirements of the Saudi Arabian market.
