The Opportunity Adobe’s Agent Orchestrator is central to our GenAI strategy — enabling the next generation of intelligent agents across Adobe Experience Cloud. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to manage the platform features that ensure these agents are secure, efficient, transparent, and user-friendly. In this role, you'll define the systems and tools that underpin how agents are built, evaluated, and deployed at a scale. You’ll work closely with engineering, research, and design to build a robust platform for agent development and quality — balancing safety, performance, and developer velocity. What You'll Do Work on Core of Agent Orchestrator AI capabilities. Collaborate with Applied Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Product and Design Stakeholders, Agents teams to deliver best in class agentic capabilities. Agent Enablement, Standard Processes & Agent Strategy: Provide clear mentorship on agent use cases, patterns, and standard methodologies. Develop platform functions for efficient collaboration among different agents, ensuring clear communication and coordination. Collaborate across cross functional teams to develop best in class quality benchmarks for agentic and conversational experiences. Who you are 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in AI platforms, developer tools, or complex infrastructure products. Deep understanding of GenAI technology, including prompt engineering, evaluation techniques, and agentic decision-making — required. Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product strategy and execution plans. Strong communication and organizational skills — you can align collaborators across engineering, research, design, and field teams. Ability to define metrics, evaluate trade-offs, and make thoughtful decisions in ambiguous environments. Passion for building safe, transparent, and high-quality AI systems that earn user trust. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field is strongly preferred. Ability to collaborate in person on a weekly basis with team in the San Jose Adobe HQ required. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
