WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Negotiate the renewal of annual contracts and ensure that renewals are made in a timely fashion
Form strategies to deflect potential churn or contraction of existing contracts
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Build a pipeline of these cross-sell and upsell opportunities that will support the achievement of quarterly targets
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As an Account Manager, you'll work cross-functionally with internal teams, including account executives, sales engineers, technical account managers, deal desk, and legal.
THE SKILLSET YOU'LL BRING:
Professional experience in a sales or customer service role in the mid-market space
Consistent attainment of hitting and exceeding quota for new and/or expansion business
An ability to conduct discovery calls to identify opportunities and build pipeline
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to position proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, Gong and Outreach.
