But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.</p><ul><li><p>You’ll design, build, and evolve core components of our Quality Platform, crafting the cutting-edge frameworks and tools that directly enable thousands of Canva engineers to test their features effectively and confidently.</p></li><li><p>Deliver on complex, high-stakes technical problems that span multiple systems and teams - navigating ambiguity, making sound architectural trade-offs, and shipping solutions that work reliably at massive scale.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll champion a seamless testing experience, innovating on our frameworks and tooling to tackle flakiness, improve developer ergonomics, and ensure engineers can easily write fast, reliable tests for Canva's UI.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll become a key partner for engineers across Canva, actively listening to their challenges, gathering feedback, and co-designing platform solutions that truly enhance their testing effectiveness and overall developer velocity.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll own the operational health and scalability of critical testing infrastructure, proactively monitoring, debugging, and improving systems to ensure they remain reliable and performant as Canva grows.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll streamline and accelerate the testing feedback loop by enhancing our CI/CD integrations, ensuring engineers get fast, reliable, and actionable results from their automated tests.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll continuously seek out opportunities for innovation, experimenting with new technologies and approaches to push the boundaries of our Quality Platform and amplify its impact on engineering productivity and product quality.</p></li></ul><p><strong>You're probably a match if</strong></p><p>We're looking for an engineer who is genuinely passionate about empowering fellow developers and gets truly excited by the challenge of building elegant, scalable platform solutions.
