Growth Performance Manager

<p><strong>The opportunity</strong><br>As a Performance Manager, you will leverage our advertising platform to optimize key strategic gaming accounts, driving revenue growth through advanced data analytics and strategic insights. This role requires a high level of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of game economies.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, executing strategies to optimize user acquisition activity.</li> <li>Collaborate with account management teams to support and optimize key gaming accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and success.</li> <li>Communicate with advertisers on providing suggestions to optimize campaigns and improve user acquisition strategy.</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams to implement improvements, develop new features, and adjust strategies to ensure client success.</li> <li>Develop and present client-facing materials, including partnership decks, case studies, and presentations to drive business development efforts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Imply, or Looker.</li> <li>Strategic Thinking: Ability to approach problems strategically and execute strategies cross-functionally.</li> <li>Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively.</li> <li>Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working on mobile gaming or in the ad tech/gaming industry.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might also have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with mobile app tracking and attribution analytics platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relocation support is not available for this position</li> <li>Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position</li> </ul> <p><strong>Life at Unity</strong></p> <p>Unity [NYSE: U] is the world’s leading game engine, powering play for more than 3 billion consumers each month.
