As a Performance Manager, you will optimize key strategic gaming accounts using our advanced advertising platform.</p> <p>You would join the team that focuses on our Offerwall Demand and Supply initiatives. The Offerwall is a powerful tool that allows users to engage with advertising content while enhancing the user experience within games. Your expertise in data analytics and strategic thinking will be crucial in driving revenue growth and improving game economies.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, executing strategies to optimize user acquisition activity.</li> <li>Collaborate with Client Partner teams to support and optimize key gaming accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and success.</li> <li>Communicate with advertisers on providing suggestions to optimize campaigns and improve user acquisition strategy.</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams to implement improvements, develop new features, and adjust strategies to ensure client success.</li> <li>Develop and present client-facing materials, including partnership decks, case studies, and presentations to drive business development efforts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Imply, or Looker.</li> <li>Strategic Thinking: Ability to approach problems strategically and execute strategies cross-functionally.</li> <li>Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively.</li> <li>Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working on mobile gaming or in the ad tech/gaming industry.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might also have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with mobile app tracking and attribution analytics platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relocation support is not available for this position</li> <li>Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position</li> </ul> <p><strong>Life at Unity</strong></p> <p>Unity [NYSE: U] is the world’s leading game engine, powering play for more than 3 billion consumers each month.
