<p><strong>The opportunity</strong><br>Are you ready to shape the future of how people consume content?</p> <p>We're building next-generation content experiences at a massive scale, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to contribute to leading this mission forward.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll help define long-term strategy, elevate team execution and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our products.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with a seasoned product organization, including Product Managers, Content Managers and Product Designers, while mentoring team members, elevating product thinking and helping shape a high-performing product culture.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to surface needs, identify opportunities and drive impactful product initiatives.</li> <li>Contribute to roadmap definition, strategic planning and execution of key initiatives.</li> <li>Step into hands-on product work when needed to move key efforts forward.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>8–12 years of product management experience in B2C or B2B2C environments, with a strong track record of launching and iterating on user-facing products in close partnership with RD.</li> <li>Proven track record of leading or mentoring other product managers.</li> <li>Deep familiarity with mobile and web trends, apps and content.</li> <li>Strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills - able to see the big picture while driving toward measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical skills with experience working on big-data products serving millions of users.</li> <li>Strong technical understanding.</li> <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and influence cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might also have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in news or content-driven products.</li> <li>Background with monetization strategies, services and tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relocation support is not available for this position</li> <li>Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position</li> </ul> <p><strong>Life at Unity</strong></p> <p>Unity [NYSE: U] is the world’s leading game engine, powering play for more than 3 billion consumers each month.
