Join us in serving the millions of players reached by Unity creators worldwide.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help build the product strategy and roadmap for IAP+, focusing on the critical transition from app-based to web-based transactions while maintaining seamless multi-platform support</li> <li>Define and reach important metrics that demonstrate value for developers, including transaction success rates, integration efficiency, and revenue optimization across app and web channels</li> <li>Collaborate with multi-functional teams across engineering, design, and business development to implement a cohesive platform experience that serves developers and players</li> <li>Partner with key decision makers to align IAP+ with Unity's broader platform vision, ensuring tight integration with Unity Engine, Vector, and analytics capabilities</li> <li>Champion player-first solutions by gathering insights from developers and end users, translating feedback into features that solve real monetization challenges</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of shipping successful payment or commerce products at scale, with measurable impact on revenue and user experience</li> <li>Deep understanding of payment systems, including app store billing (Google Play, Apple App Store) and web-based payment flows, with experience in AdTech or monetization ecosystems</li> <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence technical and business audiences</li> <li>Demonstrated critical thinking abilities to navigate complex platform ecosystems and identify innovative solutions</li> <li>Data-driven approach to product decisions, with ability to define and track important metrics that drive results</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might also have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience building developer-facing tools or APIs, with commitment to creating intuitive experiences that enable creators to build better games</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional information</strong></p> <ul> <li>International relocation support is not available for this position</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong><br>At Unity, we want our team members to thrive.
