<p><strong>The opportunity</strong><br>This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Unity’s Skills Development Programs across the Middle East, based in Abu Dhabi. As a Program Delivery Manager within Unity’s Customer Success organisation, you will lead the delivery of high-impact upskilling initiatives that support national workforce goals, empower local talent, and grow sustainable digital ecosystems.</p> <p>You’ll join a globally connected, mission-driven team that works at the intersection of technology, education, and economic development, partnering with governments, universities, and industry leaders to create long-term impact using Unity’s real-time 3D platform.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the delivery and operational execution of Skills Development Programs across the Middle East.</li> <li>Act as the regional owner for program delivery, coordinating with Unity’s global teams across Customer Success, Education, Sales, and Product.</li> <li>Partner closely with government stakeholders, public-sector entities, universities, and industry partners to deliver high-impact training initiatives.</li> <li>Localise global program frameworks to meet regional priorities, cultural context, and language requirements.</li> <li>Oversee program governance, timelines, risks, and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed KPIs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience delivering large-scale training, education, or workforce development programs, ideally in partnership with government or public-sector organisations.</li> <li>Strong program delivery and operations capabilities, including stakeholder coordination, execution, and reporting.</li> <li>Experience working in the Middle East, with an understanding of public-sector, education, or national skilling initiatives.</li> <li>Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.</li> <li>Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, balancing local needs with global program goals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might also have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with real-time 3D, gaming, simulation, digital twins, or interactive media.</li> <li>Familiarity with government-funded education, employment, or digital transformation programs in the UAE or wider GCC.</li> <li>Experience scaling programs across multiple institutions, regions, or cultural contexts.</li> <li>Knowledge of Unity products or similar digital creation platforms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong><br>At Unity, we want our team members to thrive.
