<p><strong>The opportunity</strong><br>Every now and then, a role comes along that can redefine your career path....This is one of those opportunities.</p> <p>As a Senior Client Partner for Unity Industry in Germany, you will be a key part of our growing EMEA team, shaping how Unity helps industrial customers on their digital transformation journey.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with some of EMEA's most iconic companies and directly influence how they adopt immersive technology, digital twins, and real-time 3D. Your success will be measured by your ability to open new accounts, expand lighthouse use cases, and drive high-value enterprise engagements across Unity’s Industry portfolio.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and manage strategic account portfolios and detailed account plans</li> <li>Drive ACV growth by qualifying pipeline and closing high-value deals</li> <li>Expand existing customer use cases and influence stakeholder buy-in</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner, Engineering, and Services teams</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor and translate complex business needs into scalable Unity solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated success in complex SaaS or platform sales</li> <li>Experience managing and expanding enterprise accounts</li> <li>Ability to build C-level relationships and manage long sales cycles</li> <li>Strong grasp of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling)</li> <li>Fluency in additional languages such as French or Spanish is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might also have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Unity, Unreal, or XR ecosystems</li> <li>Experience in consulting, solution sales, or system integration</li> <li>Passion for real-time 3D and immersive tech</li> <li>Background in or strong understanding of CAD/PLM/CAE systems</li> <li>Mentoring or enablement experience within sales teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relocation support is not available for this position</li> <li>Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position</li> </ul> <p><strong>Life at Unity</strong></p> <p>Unity [NYSE: U] is the world’s leading game engine, powering play for more than 3 billion consumers each month.
