We drive the evolution of shared building blocks, core user journeys, and universal app surfaces to ensure consistency and accessibility at scale. With a focus on long-term ownership and excellence, the team ensures our application remains fast to build within, easy to use, and impactful across the entire product surface area.</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong> </p> <p>As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work in a small but high-impact team of 2–3 engineers. You will drive the development of core UI components, patterns, and behaviors across all product areas, helping to reduce fragmentation and external dependency reliance. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other engineers, PMs, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on component APIs, UX consistency, and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
