You’ll use strong design craft and deep contextual understanding of ML workflows to define strategy, solve complex problems, and consistently elevate product quality while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and practitioners. You’ll articulate clear design rationale, advocate for user needs, and strengthen the team through mentorship and contributions to a high-quality design culture.</p> <p>This role is focused on <strong>Weave</strong>, our product for tracking, evaluating, and monitoring LLM-powered applications and agents.
