This order of magnitude increase in speed is transforming the user experience of AI applications, unlocking real-time iteration and increasing intelligence via additional agentic computation.</p></div><h4>About The Role</h4> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our corporate accounting team. This role is responsible for overseeing general ledger accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP.</p> <h4>Responsibilities </h4> <ul> <li>Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close processes globally in accordance with US GAAP, including preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis for cash, prepaids, accruals, inter-company, OPEX and various other accounts.</li> <li>Support the external reporting function by providing account reconciliation and analysis reports for statements of cash flow and financial statement footnotes and disclosures preparation.</li> <li>Support quarterly, annual and interim external audits including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor requests</li> <li>Support Assistant Controller for the day-to-day financial activities (including chart of accounts maintenance, foreign subsidiaries, and intercompany accounting) for accuracy while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, local statutory accounting requirements and internal policies</li> <li>Maintain effective internal controls over general ledger accounting records including account reconciliations and journal entries</li> <li>Support state sales and use taxes filing quarterly; semi-annually; or annually for CA and other states by providing sales and purchase transactions to Avalara (online sales and use taxes filing tool)</li> <li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure that accounting information is accurate and timely</li> <li>Implement best practices and process design improvements and ensure compliance with US GAAP, and policies and procedures</li> <li>Ad hoc projects as needed</li> </ul> <h4><span data-contrast="none">Skills And Qualifications </span> <span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335559685":0,"335559737":240,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":279}"> </span></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (required)</li> <li>CPA certification (preferred)</li> <li>6+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ years Big 4 audit experience and 3+ years in a public company environment is preferred</li> <li>Ability to solve problems and work with large volumes of data</li> <li>Previous experience to lead initiatives to ensure efficient and effective accounting close ...
