This order of magnitude increase in speed is transforming the user experience of AI applications, unlocking real-time iteration and increasing intelligence via additional agentic computation.</p></div><h4>About The Role</h4> <p>The Senior Cost Accounting Manager will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting both Finance and Operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong computational and analytical ability, and the capacity to quickly derive insights from high volume manufacturing and inventory-related transactions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning end-to-end cost accounting processes. This is a high visibility role working closely with leaders in Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance.</p> <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <h5>Cost Capitalization Allocations</h5> <ul> <li>Assess, capitalize, and allocate inventory rebates.</li> <li>Evaluate and allocate wafer manufacturing yield losses.</li> <li>Capitalize operational costs and manufacturing overhead, ensuring accurate classification for variance analysis.</li> <li>Book monthly facilities allocations.</li> <li>Accrue and capitalize freight and tariff costs monthly.</li> </ul> <h5>Inventory Accounting Reconciliations</h5> <ul> <li>Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations and post all related journal entries.</li> <li>Record and reconcile inventory-in-transit accruals.</li> <li>Ensure proper inventory classification across Raw Materials (RM), Work-in-Process (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG).</li> <li>Coordinate physical inventory counts with Operations and external auditors.</li> <li>Optimize and drive efficiency and accuracy in the accounting close process for inventory and other manufactured assets</li> </ul> <h5>Manufacturing COGS Analysis</h5> <ul> <li>Track and analyze FG movements to ensure correct accounting for COGS, RMAs, RMA replacements, and internal deployments to PPE.</li> <li>Review COGS transactions for completeness and accuracy.</li> <li>Perform gross margin flux analysis and partner with Operations to investigate key drivers.</li> </ul> <h5>Audit Cross-Functional Support</h5> <ul> <li>Support internal and external audit requests related to inventory and cost accounting.</li> <li>Collaborate with Operations to validate inventory movements, yields, and system accuracy.</li> <li>Support inventory count validations working cross functionally with operations.</li> </ul> <h4><span data-contrast="none">Skills And Qualifications </span> <span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335559685":0,"335559737":240,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":279}"> </span></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li> <li>CPA ...
