Care to join us?</p></div><p><strong>The Team:</strong></p> <p>The Celonis AI Apps Team is a young team of AI enthusiasts that builds best-in class horizontal AI Apps as well as domain-specific AI solutions. Our goal is to develop UX-centric AI capabilities in the form of Apps that can be fully customized by our customers partner ecosystem. We contribute to the value of our Celonis Process Intelligence Graph by enriching it with AI decision signals from Predictions, Simulations, Anomaly Detection, etc. </p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>You will work horizontally and partner with the respective Application Domain Leads to support them with enhancing their domain-specific Solution Suites with AI capabilities. To be successful you will have to work at the intersection between customers, our Go-To-Market, our Product Engineering teams and our Domain Application Product Managers. By developing AI capabilities solutions that generate AI decision signals you will augment agentic human decision making.</p> <p><strong>The work you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build AI applications with great UI/UX that find their sweet spot between being standardized customizable</li> <li>Design applications with an intuitive and lean UI that get adopted easily</li> <li>Develop generic prediction, simulation, anomaly detection, optimization forecasting capabilities, incl. ML model deployment monitoring</li> <li>Use the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform hands-on to develop these new, innovative AI capabilities solutions in Python, PQL SQL</li> <li>Work closely with customers to understand which AI/ML solutions will best enhance agentic human decision making</li> <li>Be involved in all steps within the product development lifecycle from ideation to product development to scaling solutions across all Celonis customers</li> </ul> <p>If you are passionate about non-agentic AI solutions that will help improve both agentic human decision making, here's your chance to directly contribute to taking our Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to the next level.</p> <p><strong>The qualifications you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-6 years of experience as an AI Product Manager or a similar position</li> <li>Experience in building high value UX-centric Applications</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines</li> <li>Practical experience in Machine Learning solutions like predictive modeling, simulation, anomaly detection, optimization forecasting</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions</li> <li>Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable easily extensible solutions</li> <li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python as well as advanced SQL expertise</li> <li>Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What Celonis Can Offer You:</strong></p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Pioneer Innovation:</strong> W ...
