Hardware Deployment</strong></p> <p>- Travel to assigned cities on company budget</p> <p>- Deliver new storage hardware to city hubs or storage locations</p> <p>- Ensure proper handover acknowledgment</p> <p>- Verify hardware functionality before deployment</p> <p><strong>2. Data Retrieval (Core Responsibility)</strong></p> <p>- Collect filled storage devices daily or twice daily</p> <p>- Follow strict retrieval schedules</p> <p>- Ensure safe handling and transport of storage devices</p> <p>- Prevent data loss, damage, or delays</p> <p><strong>3. City Responsibility Alignment</strong></p> <p>- Own end-to-end hardware movement for assigned cities</p> <p>- Track hardware issued, collected, and pending</p> <p>- Ensure continuous rotation of storage devices</p> <p><strong>4. Travel Planning Calendar Discipline</strong></p> <p>- Maintain a structured travel planner or calendar</p> <p>- Share daily travel plans with the reporting manager</p> <p>- Escalate delays in advance</p> <p><strong>5. Documentation Tracking</strong></p> <p>- Maintain hardware logs and travel logs</p> <p>- Share end-of-day status reports</p> <p><strong>6.
