<p> </p> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Product Analyst – Growth</strong> to drive data-backed decision-making across our go-to-market (GTM) and revenue functions. Working closely with founders and cross-functional growth teams, this role will own analytics across the end-to-end sales pipeline, identify opportunities to accelerate revenue, and build the data and tooling foundation required to scale GTM efforts.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>End-to-End Sales Pipeline Analytics</strong></p> <p>Own reporting and analytics across the full sales funnel : from lead acquisition to deal closure. Track pipeline health, conversion rates, velocity, and revenue performance to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Funnel Optimisation Insights</strong></p> <p>Build deep visibility into GTM performance by analysing channel effectiveness, campaign ROI, and lifecycle stages. Provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>GTM Tools Discovery Evaluation</strong></p> <p>Research, evaluate, and recommend new GTM tools and platforms that improve prospecting, enrichment, automation, and reporting capabilities.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>GTM Infrastructure Management</strong></p> <p>Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and analytics systems. Maintain data integrity and pipeline hygiene.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Dashboards Reporting Systems</strong></p> <p>Build scalable dashboards and automated reporting for leadership to track revenue metrics, forecasts, and GTM efficiency.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Strategic Decision Support</strong></p> <p>Translate complex data into clear recommendations that inform GTM strategy, territory planning, and investment allocation.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p><strong>Education</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology preferable from a reputable college.</li> <li>2- 4 years of relevant experience, such as Data Analyst or Product Analyst, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in SQL (required).</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and understanding of key product metrics.</li> <li>Willingness to learn Python and enhance data engineering skills.</li> <li>Robust product sense, with the ability to interpret and act on data for feature prioritization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Mindset</strong>: Curious, experiment-driven, and eager to tackle complex growth challenges through data.
