Introduction  We are seeking an Agentic Outcome Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered agents that enhance how customers experience our products. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of autonomous agent systems—from development to measurement and continuous improvement—driving exceptional customer experiences and measurable business impact.   What You will Do  Adobe addresses wholistically on any specific roles or duties, below are mentioned to explain the width and breadth of the nature of work : Agent Composition & Development: Compose and build conversational, goal-focused, and workflow AI agents that solve real customer problems and integrate seamlessly with existing products and workflows. Customer Experience: Build intuitive, reliable agents aligned with brand and accessibility standards. Reduce friction and errors, and lead customer discussions with clear, business-focused recommendations informed by industry trends. Outcome Ownership: Define and measure success metrics (e.g., task completion, CSAT, resolution rate, time-to-resolution). Run experiments and iterate based on data-driven insights. Integration & Orchestration: Integrate agents with internal systems, APIs, and data sources. Implement guardrails, fallbacks, and human handoffs as needed. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track performance, quality, and safety; identify failure modes and edge cases; continuously improve using data and feedback. Collaboration: Partner with product, design, support, and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with customer and business objectives.   What You’ll Need to Succeed  Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering or equivalent or other advanced education.  Overall work experience of 10+ years in software product development. Hands-on experience building or maintaining AI/ML systems in production (e.g., LLM-based apps, chatbots, agents, RAG, or automation). Experience with agentic frameworks and evaluation/quality of AI systems (evals, red-teaming, safety, or responsible AI practices). Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, tool use, and orchestration of multiple AI components. Strong software engineering skills (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar) and comfort with APIs, data pipelines, and observability. Familiarity with front end development like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular. Experience working with web development solutions such as Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and Single-Page Applications (SPA).  Good understanding in DOM, WCM core components and templates.  Familiarity with Linux / Windows, Web Server, Middleware applications & their operations.  Good understanding of public clouds viz. AWS, Azure & GCP. Observability - Experience with long-term operations, monitoring and reporting (New Relic, Nagios, Icinga, Splunk) Knowledge and experience with Real User Monitoring (RUM) tools and analysis. Results-focused approach: experience defining metrics, running A/B or similar experiments, and using data to prioritize and improve products. Customer focus - experience working with user research, support data, or product analytics to improve user or customer experience.
