If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p>As a <strong>Senior Engineer </strong>in Steering Systems Controls &amp; Electronics, you will develop, build, calibrate and validate the systems responsible for Chassis and Vehicle Dynamics control. You will work closely with teams across the engineering group to develop world-class vehicle dynamics-shaping functions from concept to production.</p>

<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<p>· Manage suppliers and internal teams on the delivery of steering control systems</p>
<p>· Work with Vehicle Controls, Motor Controls, Vehicle Electronics and Vehicle Dynamics teams to build, test and calibrate prototype controllers in virtual, HiL and vehicle environments</p>
<p>· Create, document, and manage system level design validation plans to include virtual, HiL and vehicle-based activity as well as homologation activities</p>
<p>· Work with internal teams such as Vehicle Controls, Vehicle Dynamics and ADAS to design, build, deliver, test and calibrate prototype software</p>
<p>· Work across multiple complex projects in a demanding environment</p>
<p>· Travel domestically and internationally as required</p>
<p>· Monitor and manage task tracking applications, and work in an agile environment to track tasks and bugs and maintain software quality</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>· 4+ years of automotive experience</p>
<p>· Experience with Vector tools (CANape, CANalyzer, CDMStudio, etc.)</p>
<p>· Strong understanding of Vehicle Dynamics theory</p>
<p>· Proven delivery of world-class chassis control systems</p>
<p>· Hands-on practical experience in prototype development</p>
<p>· Experience with JIRA, Confluence and requirements management tools</p>
<p>· Familiarity (not necessarily world-leading knowledge) with software development (Matlab/Python/CAPL scripting, model based)</p>
<p>· Ability to read and work with electrical schematics, with sound understanding of electrical communication principles</p>

<p><strong>Advantageous:</strong></p>
<p>· Strong steering systems development, integration or validation experience</p>
<p>· Excellent problem-solving ability, with an ability to use fundamental principles and data-driven action</p>
<p>· Desire for continual learning</p>
