These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings. For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role. As a Software Architect, you are driven, possess a high degree of discipline and can deliver robust software solutions for complex software systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software solutions that address the whole business problem. As a Software Architect, you will drive the technical feasibility analysis for projects to identify and mitigate technical risks. Your expertise in selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks will drive innovation and shape the overall architecture, ensuring it aligns with business and technical goals. Throughout the development process, you will provide guidance and support to development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of the architectural design.
