We use our breadth of experience and collaborative engineering approach to support everything from very large structural tests to precise valve actuation. To that end, we design, build, and operate all test assets in Long Beach from initial concept to test execution. If you enjoy working on a multi-disciplinary team with a broad mandate and want to put hands on hardware, then this is the team for you.</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">About the Role:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design, build, and operate pressurized cryogenic/pneumatic/hydraulic systems to support cutting-edge rocket testing</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and manage advanced data control systems for real-time monitoring and analysis</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide expert guidance to engineers on testing best practices, system capabilities, and operational limitations</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proactively identify and mitigate hazards to ensure a safe and efficient testing environment</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create, maintain, and refine test plans and procedures to drive consistent and reliable testing outcomes</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve reliability issues, improving hardware performance and test efficiency</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">About You:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">At minimum: High School Diploma or GED</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3+ years of relevant technical experience, including (but not limited to):</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with pressurized flight com ...
