You can learn more about working with us in the last section of this page.About the roleAs Client Success Lead for Tandem’s strategic biopharma clients, you will own the post-sale success, growth, and long-term retention of our largest and most important biopharma relationships. You’ll act as the face of Tandem across delivery, reporting, and day-to-day client interaction — ensuring programs launch cleanly, deliver results, and expand over time. These accounts are multi-brand, multi-year relationships that sit at the center of our platform and business strategy.This is not a pure relationship management role. You’ll need to be highly operational, deeply structured, and able to drive cross-functional execution. You will interface constantly with internal teams — from product and engineering to data and legal — and will be responsible for making our most strategic clients wildly successful.This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to “act like an owner” and commit yourself to Tandem’s success. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.If you join, you will:Serve as the primary post-contract owner for strategic biopharma accounts — including onboarding, pilot execution, success metrics, and client reportingAct as Tandem’s day-to-day lead across multiple client teams — including commercial, field, access, and data stakeholdersCollaborate closely with our product, engineering, data, and delivery teams to coordinate execution and ensure consistent impact for clientsDrive retention and expansion within accounts by delivering tangible outcomes, sharing insights, and building trust across functionsDesign scalable processes for managing multi-workstream accounts with 7–8 figure contract value and help build our client success function as we growExplore, evaluate, and execute on new opportunities for the company, including strategic partnerships and new products and servicesWork closely with the rest of our team and CEO to make business decisions as we balance speed of growth and long-term profitabilityWe’ll be most excited if you have:6–10 years in post-sale client strategy, delivery operations, partnerships, or strategic customer success in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsBackground in life sciences consulting, data platforms, digital health, or pharma-adjacent strategy rolesExecutive presence and fluency — able to engage senior leaders across functions and drive alignment in ambiguous environmentsTechnical background and/or experience working with complex data (at minimum the role requires learning SQL and low-code tools)Strong written and verbal communication that allows ...
