What you can expect Zoom is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive located in either North or South Carolina. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients. Your purpose will be to understand the unique client needs, and consistently deliver exceptional customer experience. Your goal will be to deliver revenue and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts. About the Team The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. Responsibilities Meeting or exceeding sales objectives at the Enterprise level Qualifying leads and performing needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required Creating client presentations and proposals, and coordinating quarterly business reviews Conducting high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives Managing complex sales situations/campaigns and utilizing solution-selling/value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts What we’re looking for 10+ years Enterprise Sales / Account Executive experience, or equivalent experience Be experienced in selling Video Collaboration or Cloud solutions, business forecasting, and pipeline development and management Have a presence and be proficient in social media platforms, such as LinkedIn Have consultative professional business acumen and a proven track record of client satisfaction Have excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and relationship-building skills Be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, self-motivated, and an excellent team player Possess solid Internet research skills with excellent Microsoft Office literacy Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $174,500.00 Maximum: $389,400.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
