The first priority will be supporting our Engineering Product, and Design teams, but, depending on bandwidth, you may also help support GTM roles. You will own sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and process design for our open roles, while also building the recruiting infrastructure that will attract exceptional talent to Harmonic for years to come.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">End-to-End Technical Recruiting: Lead the hiring process for roles across PED and GTM. This includes: <ul> <li><strong>Sourcing: </strong>Identify and engage top active and passive talent using platforms like Harmonic and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Leverage Gem, LinkedIn and other platforms to execute creative, targeted outreach, track conversion rates, and refine strategies.</li> <li><strong>Screening: </strong>Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, efficiently narrowing down the applicant pool for hiring managers.</li> <li><strong>Candidate Management: </strong>Ensure an exceptional and engaging experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring process. Coordinate scheduling and candidate communications.</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Decision-Making Process Optimization:</strong> Continuously refine and enhance our recruitment processes, leveraging data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize ATS systems like Greenhouse to track candidates and optimize pipeline efficiency.</li> </ul> </li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">Build and maintain nurturing campaigns and recruitment marketing efforts to position Harmonic as an employer of choice for top technical talent</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Role Requirements:</strong> </h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for senior-level SWE roles in niche and competitive technical talent markets. 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience at a high-growth, startup preferred</li> <li>Enjoys sourcing for EPD positions and takes pride in nurturing and building relationships with passive and active talent</li> <li>Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments; comfortable moving fast, managing multiple roles, and being accountable for your work</li> <li>Data-focused. You measure pipeline health to balance your priorities and set hiring manager expectations</li> <li>Experience with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gem</li ...
