You will be a technical authority for our international territories, shaping how cyber insurance is structured, governed, and negotiated. While the UK remains a core hub, a major strategic focus of this role will be driving our growth and localization across Continental Europe.</p> <h4><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Responsibilities</span></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Product Wording Leadership:</strong> Draft, review, and evolve cyber insurance policy wordings and endorsements. You will ensure our products are not only regulatorily sound across the UK and EU but also differentiated in the market.</li> <li><strong>Portfolio Governance:</strong> Translate global underwriting appetite into practical, regional execution. You’ll coordinate underwriting authorities and ensure consistency between our strategic intent and executed policy language.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Market Engagement:</strong> Act as a technical bridge to senior brokers and carriers. You will provide heavyweight support on complex or flagship placements where coverage structure requires a portfolio-level perspective.</li> <li><strong>Global-to-Local Conduit:</strong> Serve as the vital link between our Global CPU leadership and local country managers. You’ll feed European market realities back into our global strategy to ensure our pricing and governance models remain agile.</li> <li><strong>Technical Authority:</strong> Partner with legal, claims, and security teams to execute coverage intent and handle complex language negotiations that extend beyond standard placements.</li> </ul> <h4><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Skills and Qualifications</span></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Industry Expertise:</strong> 5+ years of experience in cyber insurance or specialty financial lines, specifically within MGAs, specialty carriers, or reinsurers.</li> <li><strong>Wording Mastery:</strong> Proven track record in insurance product development. You should be comfortable drafting and negotiating complex policy language from scratch.</li> <li><strong>Governance Fluency:</strong> A deep understanding of underwriting authorities, reinsurance structures, and portfolio management.</li> <li><strong>Regional Knowledge:</strong> Strong familiarity with UK and/or EU insurance regulatory environments and market nuances.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> The ability to represent technical positions with confidence to senior stakeholders, brokers, and carrier partners.</li> </ul> <h4><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bonus Points </span></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Multilingual:</strong> Fluency in any of the following languages (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is highly desirable as we expand our European footprint.</li> <li><strong>Legal Background:</strong> Formal legal training or extensive experience working alongside insurance legal counsel.</li> <li><strong>Complex Risk Experience:</strong> Exposure to large-scale enterprise cyber placements or unique risk transfer solutions.</li> </ul> <h4><span style="color ...
