During your time with us, you will gain exposure to:</p> <ul> <li>Day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration</li> <li>Core tasks such as training event support, employment verification requests, and managing calendar logistics</li> <li>HR reporting and project work, including documentation and process improvement initiatives</li> <li>Recruiting and interview coordination, including scheduling and candidate communication</li> <li>Compliance and privacy best practices for handling confidential information</li> </ul> <p><strong>SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AT POINT72</strong></p> <p>In addition to the learning and development you'll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will:</p> <ul> <li>Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals</li> <li>Meet your peers through designated intern programming, volunteer opportunities, and social events</li> <li>Attend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career paths</li> <li>Get hands-on access to best-in-class tools and resources</li> <li>Gain exposure to groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industry</li> <li>Develop technical, writing, and presentation skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT'S REQUIRED</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between winter 2026 --summer 2027</li> <li>Ability to work on-site in New York or Stamford, CT</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with administrative tasks or coursework in human resources, business, or a related field</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn and contribute</li> <li>Commitment to the highest ethical standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT POINT72</strong></p> <p>Point72 is a leading global alternative investment firm led by Steven A. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.</p>
