We are looking for a Global Benefits Intern to join our team for a high-impact role. You won’t just be managing paperwork, you’ll be at the forefront of modernizing our global benefits delivery. In this role, you will help streamline operations using AI, document internal processes, and find creative ways to make benefits offerings more accessible and engaging for our global workforce.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Get to Do</strong></p> <p>This role is built on three core pillars: <strong>AI-Powered Communication, Operational Excellence (SOPs)</strong>, and <strong>Employee Engagement</strong>.</p> <p><strong>1. AI Communication Innovation </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Draft Refine: </strong>Support the team with communications, ensuring they are clear and polished, inclusive, consistent, and tailored to diverse employee audiences.</li> <li><strong>Modernize Templates: </strong>Audit existing communication templates and collaborate with the team to modernize them, making them more visually appealing and easier to digest.<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>2. SOP Development Optimization </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Process Mapping: </strong>Work with subject matter experts to document complex benefits workflows into clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)<strong>. </strong></li> <li><strong>Maintain Knowledge Base: </strong>In collaboration with People Operations, update internal documentation to ensure we are operating with the latest information, reducing friction in daily benefits administration.<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Employee Engagement Experience </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Webinar Coordination: </strong>Partner with the AV/Internal Communications team to organize and promote employee-facing webinars, ensuring everything from the tech setup to the QA runs smoothly.<strong> </strong></li> <li><strong>Website Revamp: </strong>Act as a "user-tester" and content contributor for the benefits website revamp, ensuring the navigation and information architecture are intuitive for the end-user.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. General Support </strong></p> <ul> <li>Stretching to support the team regionally with renewals.</li> <li>Support with Procurement and Security vendor protocols.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Tech-Forward: </strong>You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools (like NotebookLM, or similar) to increase productivity and creativity.<strong> </strong></li> <li><strong>Clear Communicator: </strong>You can take a complex topic, like "How a 401k works" or "Global Leave Policy", and explain it in a way that feels human and simple.<strong> </strong></li> <li><strong>Detail-Oriented: </strong>You take pride in documentation.
