<p><strong>Systems Engineer, Identity and Access Management</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer, Identity and Access Management to join our growing IT team. You will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, maintenance, and integration of IAM solutions that ensure secure access to our systems and data. Your foundational knowledge in directory services, authentication protocols, and automation will be valuable in ensuring the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Support IAM solutions:</strong> Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and efficient Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across our IT infrastructure. This includes directory services, authentication systems, and access control mechanisms.</li>
<li><strong>Assist with automation:</strong> Support the streamlining of user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management processes through automation scripts and workflows.</li>
<li><strong>Integrate and optimize:</strong> Help ensure the seamless integration of IAM systems with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud services. This involves working with APIs, various authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth).</li>
<li><strong>Troubleshoot and support:</strong> Provide technical support for IAM-related issues, resolving problems, and assisting in system stability and performance.</li>
<li><strong>Share your knowledge</strong>: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for IAM systems and processes.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate effectively:</strong> Work closely with other IT teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of IAM solutions with business needs and security requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>IAM Experience:</strong> 4+ years of experience in supporting and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in an IT environment.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Hands-on experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and basic access control models.</li>
<li><strong>Automation Skills:</strong> Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to assist with IAM tasks and workflows.</li>
