Department Overview El Centro de Operaciones se encarga de la investigación inicial y la evaluación de posibles fallos en todos los sistemas monitoreados por los clientes. Monitoreamos el estado del sistema las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, los 365 días del año. Monitoreamos principalmente los sistemas de seguridad pública, por lo que la resolución urgente de cualquier problema es una necesidad básica a diario. Job Description La posición de Agente NOC Non-Tech Service Desk corresponde a un rol no técnico que tendrá la capacidad de entender la solicitud del cliente en temas relacionados a tecnologias y comunicarlo a los equipos resolutores internos, por lo que debe tener formación en el area tecnológica. Es el principal punto de contacto para los clientes que tienen consultas en temas relacionado a tecnologías, preguntas sobre estado de solicitudes, solicitudes de servicio específicos como asignación de radios o repuestos o que necesitan reportar un problema. Su rol es asegurar una experiencia positiva, gestionar la correcta categorización de las peticiones y canalizar eficientemente los requerimientos hacia el equipo de resolución adecuado. #LI-DR2 Basic Requirements Titulo de técnico medio en Electricidad, electronica, informatica, telecomunicaciones o afín Debe tener formacion para entender terminologia técnica transversar o de lenguaje comun en las areas de formacion señaladas.
