If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!</p></div><p>We’re hiring a senior leader to oversee Figma's Product, Design and Engineering recruiting functions.</p> <p>As a Director of Recruiting you will lead, mentor, grow, develop and hire a team of recruiting professionals (both ICs and Managers) supporting Product, Design and Engineering across Figma. We are seeking a strategic leader who can set longer term goals and objectives to support the business and partner with our hiring leaders to execute best in class recruiting practices, create belonging, and scale our winning culture. Figma’s continued future success relies heavily on the ability to scale - this is an opportunity to manage a hyper engaged, high performing team, and take our business through the next exciting phase of growth and beyond.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do at Figma:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiting managers, recruiters and sourcers</li> <li>Act as a trusted partner to VP and C-suite leaders to understand business needs and align recruiting resources accordingly in order to achieve goals</li> <li>Partner with other recruiting leaders to develop a long term recruiting strategy globally with a goal of continuing to bring in exceptional talent to Figma</li> <li>Scale a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale</li> <li>Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all orgs</li> <li>Take ownership for complex change initiatives to achieve business results</li> <li>Champion our values led culture </li> </ul> <p><strong>We’d love to hear from you if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment, at least 6+ years of people management experience with direct experience managing other recruiting leaders </li> <li>Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives</li> <li>Experience and understanding of how to build a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth</li> <li>A deep passion and understanding for diversity, belonging, and inclusion</li> </ul> <p>At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
