Job Description

About The Role

Together AI is building the compute infrastructure to power the next generation of AI. As a Program Manager on our Infrastructure Strategy team, you will drive a wide range of programs across our compute supply chain, from delivering new capacity and coordinating infrastructure changes with partners, to standing up processes that help the team scale. The work spans self build and third party infrastructure and touches nearly every function: engineering, go-to-market, and finance.

This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on variety and cross-functional coordination. You will bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives, operate across multiple workstreams at once, and adapt as the team's priorities evolve.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functionally with infrastructure engineering, go-to-market, finance, and leadership on all aspects of compute capacity delivery and infrastructure operations, ensuring alignment on priorities and shared visibility into timelines and risks

Own program delivery for infrastructure deployments, from contract execution through infrastructure buildout. Track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of compute capacity

Build and maintain project tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting cadences that give leadership clear visibility into program status and blockers. Develop repeatable processes and playbooks that scale across multiple concurrent programs

Drive partner and vendor accountability on contractual milestones, equipment delivery, and commercial commitments while maintaining productive relationships

Translate strategic infrastructure objectives into phased executable programs

Partner with finance to track deployment costs against budgets, and identify cost optimization opportunities across major infrastructure builds

Serve as the primary point of contact for 3rd party providers when infrastructure modifications, expansions, or operational changes are required. Drive requests through to resolution across internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

7+ years of experience in program management, technical project management, or infrastructure operations, ideally in data center, cloud, or large-scale compute environments

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple parallel workstreams, external partners, and shifting priorities

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and operational details into clear status updates for leadership and non-technical stakeholders

Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where processes are still being built and priorities can shift quickly

Strong organizational skills with a track record of building tracking systems, documentation, and repeatable processes from scratch

Expertise in utilizing program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Linear, Monday, SmartSheet) to design and implement repeatable processes, tracking systems, and executive dashboards for infrastructure capacity delivery and financial reporting

Nice to Have

Experience in AI/ML infrastructure, GPU compute, or high-performance computing environments

Familiarity with data center power, cooling, and networking fundamentals, including how physical infrastructure decisions impact deployment timelines

Experience coordinating with external vendors, cloud service providers, or colocation partners on infrastructure deployments or modifications

About Together AI

Together AI is an AI-native cloud company building the infrastructure to make AI faster, cheaper, and more accessible.
