<p>As we scale, partnerships are becoming a critical growth lever. We work closely with leading data platforms and infrastructure providers and we see a major opportunity to expand our reach through deeper technical partnerships, ecosystem marketing, and systems integrators.</p>
<p>We’re looking for a Partner Marketer to help define and execute our partner go-to-market strategy.</p>

<h2>What you’ll be doing</h2>
<p>This is a <strong>strategic, hands-on partner marketing role</strong> spanning co-marketing, enablement, messaging, and ecosystem expansion.</p>
<p><strong>Strategic Partner GTM</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own partner marketing strategy for Hex’s most important technical partners (Snowflake, AWS, ClickHouse)</li>
<li>Work closely with partner teams to identify high-impact joint marketing programs</li>
<li>Develop shared narratives that clearly articulate the value of Hex + partner solutions together</li>
<li>Prioritize where to invest based on partner alignment, reach, and business impact</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Co-Marketing Programs Campaigns</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute joint initiatives such as campaigns, events, webinars, field marketing, and advertising</li>
<li>Coordinate partner participation in launches, announcements, and major moments</li>
<li>Ensure joint programs are well-positioned, on-brand, and measurable</li>
<li>Collaborate with demand, events, and content teams to bring programs to life</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Partner Messaging Collateral</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create one-pagers, solution briefs, and messaging frameworks that explain the joint value proposition</li>
<li>Develop partner-specific decks and materials for internal and external use</li>
<li>Ensure consistency across partner-facing and customer-facing assets</li>
<li>Continuously refine messaging based on partner feedback and market response</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Partner Sales Enablement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build presentations and messaging designed for partner sales teams</li>
<li>Enable partner sellers to understand Hex, when to position us, and how we win together</li>
<li>Partner with sales and alliances teams to support co-selling motions</li>
<li>Create scalable assets that can be reused across multiple partners</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ecosystem Expansion</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Explore opportunities with adjacent and emerging partners</li>
<li>Evaluate where shared stories or joint solutions can meaningfully expand reach</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Systems Integrators (SI) Strategy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop an initial marketing strategy for working with systems integrators</li>
<li>Brief SI partners on Hex’s product and ideal use cases</li>
<li>Collaborate on training, implementation, and enablement programs</li>
<li>Identify repeatable motions that help SIs successfully deliver Hex for customers</li>
</ul>
