<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to support our APAC Go-To-Market (GTM) team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and energised by helping teams run smoothly. You will work closely with GTM leaders across Australia, Singapore, and India to create structure, efficiency, and a positive team experience.<strong> </strong></p>
<h4 class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h4>

<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">Provide day-to-day administrative support to APAC GTM leaders (e.g., calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements).</p>

<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">Handle communication and correspondence with discretion and professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">Support expense submissions, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice processing.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">Maintain and update distribution lists, shared folders, and databases to ensure easy access and data accuracy.</p>

<li>
<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">Support team communications, including announcements, reminders, and meeting coordination.</p>

<li>
<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">Assist with simple reporting and preparation of meeting materials where needed.</p>

<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">Perform additional administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.</p>

<h4 class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing"><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></h4>

<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">2–4 years of administrative, coordination, or operations experience—ideally in a fast-paced or tech/SaaS environment.</p>

<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders across time zones.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with colleagues across levels and cultures.</p>
