<p>We are seeking a hardworking and driven individual with superb energy passion to drive new business acquisition in the UKI Enterprise Division at Verkada. This Enterprise Development Representative role is a 18 month program that is designed to fast-track entry-level sales professionals into world class Mid-Market Account Executives at Verkada. This role will be based in our London office at Old Street roundabout. </p>

<h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Hit expectations of cold-calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Messages and qualified meetings generated</li>
<li>Work closely with your assigned UKI Enterprise Account Executive by providing accurate lead distribution, and thorough discovery; generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities by positioning the value of Verkada</li>
<li>Prospect, qualify, follow up and educate a high volume of cold leads </li>
<li>Understand and uncover prospects needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Verkada can solve them</li>
<li>Use Verkada tech stack and sales enablement tools according to Verkada standards; provide metrics on leads</li>
<li>Establish connections with potential customers within the technical realm and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.</li>
<li>Collaborate in a dynamic team environment, adapt to changes while creating high quality opportunities and revenue growth.</li>
<li>Understand sales cycles and required qualification criteria.</li>
<li>Have the knack for grasping complex business environments, figuring out what bugs customers, sorting out process hiccups, and turning needs into new business opportunities </li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year of professional experience (any industry, sales preferred)</li>
<li>Proven success meeting and exceeding goals during professional experience</li>
<li>Grit: You have discipline and drive </li>
<li>Organisation: Ability to structure day to day while juggling multiple tasks</li>
<li>Resilience: The willingness to cold-call and the ability to overcome rejection </li>
<li>Coachability: You have the self-awareness to address feedback and areas for development, have an eagerness to learn grow and are able to work effectively as part of a team. </li>
<li>Curiosity: You want to understand customers and their pain points</li>
<li>Able to challenge the status quo: Your ability to build strong relationships enables you to influence and challenge the norm</li>
<li>Creativity: Are able to try new things to find new business</li>
