The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.</p> <p>We are seeking a Production Operator to join our Production team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for assembly and integration of mechanical and/or electrical components. If you are someone who is a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast-paced team environment and detail-oriented self-starter with minimal oversight, then this role is for you.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Configure Products to Order (CTO)</li> <li>Staging products</li> <li>Interpret equipment test results and work with integrators to support validation, develop test procedures, and perform root cause analysis on manufacturing issues</li> <li>Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems</li> <li>Use various hand and power tools to put components together</li> <li>Ensure compatibility and proper communication between integrated components</li> <li>Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, calibration services, test results, and quality control issues</li> <li>Working with the Production Planner to ensure timely delivery of shipments</li> <li>Assisting with the logistics for goods in/out</li> <li>Implement best practices in electronic component handling, packaging, and storage while upholding rigorous quality standards</li> <li>General cleaning/housekeeping duties</li> <li>Follow safety protocols and procedures in the workplace</li> <li>Report production issues, I.e., Quality or Process</li> <li>Assist with prototype builds</li> <li>Active participation in production meetings</li> <li>The role involves manual handling and heavy lifting in accordance with safe lifting guidelines.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to rapidly adapt in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Excellent team work and work ethic, needing minimal supervision</li> <li>Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland (Stamp 1G or EU Citizenship)</li> <li>Strong IT skills and understanding</li> <li>Previous relevant experience in production environment</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage</li> <li>Proficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications)</li> <li>Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions</li> <li>Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production.</li> <li>Must have good organisational skills.</li> <li>Be willing to travel as needed for project assignments and maintain flexibility, holding a valid driver's license</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range ...
