Then, we make sure every lesson learned and every design guideline is applied exactly when it matters.</p> <p>Companies like Johnson Controls, Komatsu, Schaeffler, and Polaris have launched products 40% faster, cut BOM costs by 50%, and reduced quality escapes by 15% in 1 year.</p> <h3>About the Role</h3> <p>This role sits on our <strong>Build Viewing</strong> team — the group responsible for how engineers experience CoLab at its core.</p> <p>You’ll work on the rendering and interaction layer for complex 2D and 3D engineering files. That includes everything from high-performance model rendering to markups, measurements, wall thickness analysis, and draft analysis. If something appears on the screen when an engineer opens a design in CoLab, your team likely built it.</p> <p>This is a <strong>front-end heavy</strong> full stack role. You’ll spend most of your time in the UI layer, building fast, intuitive experiences on top of complex geometric and analysis engines. But you won’t be isolated from backend or infrastructure decisions — you’ll contribute across the stack when needed.</p> <p>The challenge?
