<p>SentinelOne is seeking a driven and dynamic Principal Commercial Sales Representative to accelerate our growth across the commercial segment in Eastern Europe and CIS. In this role, you’ll take ownership of expanding our commercial footprint—targeting organizations of up to and over 2,500 employees—by identifying opportunities, driving new business, and consistently surpassing ambitious sales goals.</p>

<h3><strong>What Will You Do?</strong></h3>
<p data-start="200" data-end="547">As a Principal Commercial Sales Representative, you’ll take the lead in driving revenue growth across commercial accounts. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—building meaningful relationships with commercial organizations and collaborating with our channel ecosystem to maximize success in your territory.</p>
<p data-start="549" data-end="574">In this role, you will:</p>

<li data-start="578" data-end="708"><strong data-start="578" data-end="607">Own the full sales cycle:</strong> Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals with key decision-makers in mid-sized organizations across Eastern Europe and CIS.</li>
<li data-start="711" data-end="886"><strong data-start="711" data-end="759">Build and manage a high-performing pipeline:</strong> Leverage multiple lead sources, outbound strategies, and channel partnerships to create consistent opportunities for growth.</li>
<li data-start="889" data-end="1049"><strong data-start="889" data-end="912">Partner for impact:</strong> Collaborate with field sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to amplify reach and accelerate deal velocity.</li>
<li data-start="1052" data-end="1210"><strong data-start="1052" data-end="1077">Be a trusted advisor:</strong> Develop deep knowledge of SentinelOne’s solutions and the cybersecurity landscape to deliver tailored, value-driven conversations.</li>
