ABOUT THE ROLE Decagon is looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers. In this early-career role, you’ll work closely with senior Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and Product teams to help articulate Decagon’s value, support technical evaluations, and contribute to customer success during pre-sales engagements. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, enterprise technology, and go-to-market strategy—ideal for a technically curious and business-savvy individual looking to grow into a strategic solutions role. YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU: - Have 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as solutions consulting, technical support, product specialist, or pre-sales engineering. - Have a technical foundation, whether through a software engineering background, CS degree, or hands-on coding experience, and are excited to apply it in a customer-facing context. - Are eager to collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer pain points and assist in identifying tailored solutions that drive value. - Are comfortable learning and using technical tools to build basic product demonstrations, leveraging Decagon’s platform to align with customer use cases. - Have strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and are excited to learn from experienced team members while contributing to real customer projects. - Have a basic understanding of enterprise go-to-market (GTM) processes, CRM systems, or revenue operations workflows.
