You can learn more about working with us in the last section of this page.About the roleWe are looking for a high-output Recruiter to help scale our team across engineering, AI, product, GTM, and operations. You will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity, managing candidates through process, and closing exceptional hires quickly and thoughtfully. This role requires sharp instincts, operational excellence, and a strong sense of ownership, with the opportunity to partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and hiring managers across the business.You will be joining a team that sees recruiting not as a support function, but as a competitive advantage. You will be expected to run aggressive outbound campaigns, pitch candidates at the highest level, and move fast — while contributing to our systems, process improvements, and candidate experience along the way.This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to “act like an owner” and commit yourself to Tandem’s success. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and long-term culture, we want to hear from you.If you join, you will:Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across technical, business, and operations functionsSource and engage candidates aggressively, through referrals, outbound, and creative tacticsRun point on scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and high-integrity experienceCollaborate with hiring managers and executives to clarify needs, shape scorecards, and define interview processesHelp iterate on recruiting operations, tools, and reporting to improve speed and consistencyContribute to onboarding, employer branding, and candidate experience projects as neededUphold Tandem’s high hiring bar by pushing for better calibration, feedback quality, and process disciplineWe’ll be most excited if you have:2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across both technical and non-technical rolesStrong instincts for sourcing and outbound — you treat top-of-funnel like a sales motionRelentless follow-through and attention to detail — you don’t drop balls and you keep things movingClear, confident written and verbal communication — you can pitch Tandem effectively to any candidateTrack record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goalsHigh NPS with your former teammatesThis is a list of ideal qualifications for this position.
