ROLE Voodoo is looking for a New Grad - Performance Marketing Manager to own user acquisition activities on our gaming platform Blitz Win Cash. Reporting to one of our Performance Marketing Lead, you will leverage your expertise and creativity to turn a great mobile product into a global hit! - Plan and manage UA campaigns - Analyze the performance of our campaigns, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the ROAS of our games and apps - Work closely with our Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share feedback - Use our suite of internal growth tools and interface with our Tech team to continuously improve them - Deepen your UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to keep our organization at the forefront of growth innovation PROFILE - Freshly graduated from top 5 french Engineering or Business School (Programme Grande Ecole) - Previous experience (internship included) in Digital Marketing and or Business Analytics - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, - Basic knowledge of major advertising platforms - Understanding of the creative elements involved in user acquisition is a plus - Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize user acquisition campaigns. - Detail oriented and proactive. - Fluent English - Being passionate about mobile gaming is a strong plus - You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Premium healthcare (SideCare) for you and your family 100% borne by Voodoo - Swile Lunch voucher - Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo) - Wellness activities in our Paris office - Flexible vacation policy - Remote days - Child daycare facilities (Les Petits Chaperons rouges)
