The India BFSI is a truly vibrant sales organization that covers the diverse set of Banking and Financial set of customers in the Enterprise Space. This position will be based out of Mumbai and will focus on a specific large BFSI accounts. As part of the Enterprise Solutions Engineering Team, you will be designing, architecting and empowering the strategy for the next generation of communications and application delivery for India’s leading businesses. Your Impact As a Solutions Engineer you will orchestrate involvement of all technical activities and resources, holding accountabilities for all opportunities within assigned account(s) and provide architectural perspective across the Cisco product portfolio, including software and services. Technical sales professional serving as a Technology/Product/Solution consultant in the BFSI segment Technical orchestrator for an array of Cisco resources, primary responsibility for ensuring successful completion of each pitstop from a technical perspective in the lifecycle selling motion. Provides technical information and design/implementation guidance in concert with Cisco Architecture Seller team(s). Collaborates with the Account Manager on the customer account plan(s), jointly ensuring customer success. Work with internal teams to orchestrate right solutions against customer requirements with competitive positioning Educate customer on Cisco differentiation and establish technical leadership of Cisco as a brand. Field role that serves as a Technology expert across solutions preferably within a multi-domain architecture approach. Build relationship with Engineering Teams, field teams, architecture team, Business Units (BUs), Partners and customers. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent Excellent written, oral communication, listening skills. Min 15 years of presales experience in technical position. Cisco products and technologies knowledge about one or more areas like Enterprise Networking, Cloud & AI, or Security. Understand the broad aspects of end-to-end architecture and have strong knowledge of one or more technology areas Should be confident in articulating in a customer conversation and lead with value led conversations Strong Technical knowledge in the Networking Solutions/SDN Architecture/Network Security /Datacenter Networking technologies. Strong whiteboarding/presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large Enterprise customers in similar roles Technical certifications in any of the areas, like Network/Cloud/Security Why Cisco?
