Technical Product Support Specialist at Base44

We are currently hiring Kyiv-based applicants for the following shift: Tuesday — Saturday 8AM—5PM Base 44 is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tech Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will be on the front lines, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall success of our product. In your day-to-day, you will: Provide Base44 users with complex technical solutions, including remote access to systems, analyzing diagnostics, and troubleshooting network or database issues  Implement fixes, workarounds, or configuration changes to restore functionality  Properly identify, document, and escalate bugs for quick resolution  Recognize trends in user experiences and advocate for fast solutions  Interact closely with the product team to understand features, functionality, and potential pain points  Document and clearly communicate technical issues to developers with detailed steps for replication    1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role Strong technical skills, comfortable navigating unfamiliar tools and technical documents  Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion within a fast-paced environment  Ability to work well in small, collaborative teams and communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms  Strong growth mindset and a relentless pursuit of success, with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills  Familiarity with JavaScript and React basics  Experience troubleshooting API connections, inspecting network requests, and identifying errors in the console  Proven experience with vibe coding tools - an advantage  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field - an advantage   We're Base44 , a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built.
