Frontend Engineer — Editor Platform

As a Software Engineer for Wix’s Editor platform, you'll work on building and designing infrastructure to enhance Wix's business solutions, creating scalable APIs, and improving application runtime and UX infrastructure used by millions of users. In your day-to-day, you will:  Build infrastructure to allow extendability of existing Wix business solutions  Design and build APIs for internal and external users  Work on application runtime and UX infrastructure used by millions of users  Communicate with colleagues inside and outside of the team: R&Ds, developers, UX designers, business analytics managers and more, to align requirements, dependencies, and move things forward    5+ years of experience in frontend development Proficient in TypeScript and comfortable with Vanilla JS, React Code, or server JavaScript  Skilled in solving complex challenges and delivering robust software design and architecture  Knowledge about WebWorkers and iframes  Ability to write clear, maintainable code  Direct communicator who loves owning a feature from end-to-end  Working beyond FED framework knowledge, with API design experience – an advantage   Editor Platform makes products that the majority of FED developers inside Wix are using. We are developing a powerful and flexible infrastructure for App Development.  Our main challenge is to find a solution that will empower application experience, and open new capabilities, and horizons for developers inside and outside of Wix.  Part of our work is making great API, tools and providing platformized UX framework for App Experience.  We are on the stage of opening our products for 3rd party developers and a huge development community.
