<p>As a key financial partner at Wix, you'll drive financial planning, analysis, and modeling, collaborating with business leaders to support growth and informed decision-making. You'll turn complex financial data into clear insights, enabling the organization to set and execute strategies, optimize performance, manage risks, and seize opportunities. In your day-to-day, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Act as the financial partner for one or more business units by providing actionable insights and financial support, such as scenario analyses, what-if planning, and cost-benefit analyses&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Lead the annual and monthly budgeting process and periodic reforecasts, ensuring alignment with company strategies, business goals, KPIs, and targets&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with various departments and senior leadership to develop strategic plans that align with financial goals&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Identify cost optimization opportunities across the business by monitoring cost drivers and proposing process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and better resource utilization&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Evaluate business cases for new initiatives, including ROI analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Partner with Accounting to prepare and review monthly and quarterly reports&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Create and manage financial reports and dashboards to track key metrics&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><strong>**&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><p>At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix, and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.</p> <ul><li><p>4+ years of experience in Financial Planning &amp; Analysis or related finance roles in dynamic organizations&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Strong technical and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budget management&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Fluent English, both written and spoken&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and structured way to both financial and non-financial stakeholders&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>High proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and strong command of ERP/financial systems&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with expertise in financial modeling&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Experience with financial systems like Oracle and TM1 (IBM) – an advantage&#xa0;</p></li></ul> <p>We are Wix's Finance Group.
