Corporate Counsel

<p>As a corporate counsel at Wix, you'll handle some of the biggest legal challenges of the information age. You'll work on cutting-edge technology and tackle complex legal issues while ensuring Wix's success. In your day-to-day, you will&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Work closely with our M&amp;A and Investment teams to ensure a streamlined process to close our acquisitions effectively&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Prepare SEC filings such as Form 20-F, quarterly earnings press releases (6-K), proxy statements, and other periodic reports&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Work closely with our employee equity departments to tackle ongoing issues that arise from our global employee compensation plans&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Work with external counsel (in Israel and abroad) to understand and solve issues raised in our practice, and implement business-enabling solutions&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Assist in product and commercial tasks needed by our department&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Become well-acquainted with and keep us up to date with corporate and securities compliance issues&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.<br> &#xa0;</p> <p>Requirements&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>4–6 years of experience in M&amp;A, U.S. securities &amp; capital markets/corporate departments of leading firms or as in-house legal counsel&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Experience in negotiating M&amp;A and investment transactions&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of corporate law and corporate governance&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Expertise in preparing SEC filings&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Fluent spoken and written English&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul> <p>We are Wix's Legal team.
