We’re still a family-owned business!</p> <p>The Branch Manager is the entrepreneurial sales and operations leader, who oversees store operations while coaching and mentoring your team to achieve branch budgetary goals and objectives while fostering a confident and collaborative culture that produces exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will ensure that the branch departments (service, parts, sales, and rental), understand and implement company policies and procedures to meet or exceed key performance metrics. Using strong communication skills and emotional intelligence you will effectively communicate and contribute to a positive company culture that can effectively work in partnership with various corporate departments and Directors. Familiarity with working with CRM, or other ERP systems.</li> <li>Act in the capacity of a role model by displaying behaviors and actions that support the MT culture and values and hold others accountable to cultural values and behaviors.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develops annual objectives and expense budgets for the branch.
