You will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer passionate about building robust automation and keenly attuned to detail. While your primary focus will be on automation, you will perform limited manual testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.</p> <p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using the Playwright framework.</li> <li>Create and execute automated API tests using tools like Postman and integrate them into our test cycles with Newman.</li> <li>Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and integrate testing throughout the development lifecycle, supporting our "shift-left" quality strategy.</li> <li>Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.</li> <li>Participate in peer reviews of test scripts to maintain code quality and best practices.</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation frameworks and QA processes.</li> <li>Perform targeted manual testing as needed to validate new features and complex use cases.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or test automation role.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks, with a strong preference for Playwright.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in API testing using Postman and command-line runners like Newman.</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.</li> <li>Solid understanding of a programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).</li> <li>Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.</li> <li>Exposure to performance and/or security testing concepts</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) </strong></p> <p>We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
