This role reports directly to the Director of IT Security and is based out of our Austin, TX office. The position operates in a <strong>hybrid work model</strong>, requiring a <strong>minimum of three (3) days per week on‑site</strong>, with the <strong>flexibility to work up to five (5) days on‑site as needed</strong> to support onsite events, critical business needs, or operational requirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting both in‑office and remote employees.</p>

<p>Provide excellent customer service to employees in both on‑site and remote (hybrid) environments</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and access‑related issues (existing groups and roles) in a hybrid‑cloud environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Deploy and support a mix of Windows and macOS workstations for both local and remote users</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Procure IT equipment and maintain vendor relationships</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain and expand the knowledge base to help reduce common support requests</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage hardware and software inventory across locations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support video conferencing and VoIP solutions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist with co‑location and office data center operations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Contribute to IT projects that deliver measurable value to the business</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide support for the Atlassian suite of tools</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Configure SSO and onboard new services</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Create and manage roles and groups in Jira</p>
</li>

<p>University degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>3+ years of experience supporting Windows and macOS workstations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with enterprise MDM solutions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience supporting Atlassian products</p>
</li>
</ul>
